Our restaurant, the Comptoir Porcelana, located at the heart of the Cité du Chocolat visitor area, is a perfect reflection of this commitment. We work mainly with local partners in order to support local businesses, encourage short circuits and maximise local resources. This approach allows us to reduce our carbon footprint, while guaranteeing our customers quality products and supporting the local economy. We are proud of our partnership with local producers, which enables us to offer a local menu that changes with the seasons. Our visitors discover original recipes where cocoa is the main ingredient, creating surprising and delicious combinations. We place particular emphasis on the seasonal nature of our products. We're also proud to help people rediscover forgotten vegetables, and to offer dishes suitable for gluten-free and vegetarian diets.

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint at every stage of our process. We use the ‘Too Good To Go’ application to manage our unsold goods, compost our organic waste, have done away with plastic and work towards a zero waste policy every day.
