Organized outings and groups

In addition to ticket sales, we offer guided tours for groups with the option to add pastry or tasting workshops. An ideal activity to strengthen team cohesion and share a delicious moment with colleagues.

A perfectly organized works council outing. The group services department at the Cité du Chocolat Valrhona was very responsive and professional. The visit was a big hit with the participants ; it was both fun and immersive. An experience our works council recommends without hesitation.

Get hands-on alongside our pastry chefs ! Our pastry chefs have selected a variety of workshop themes for you: from classic pastries to chocolate making !

Our options :

2-hour pastry workshop
Half-day pastry workshop
Full-day pastry workshop

Lunch is included in the full-day workshops. After the workshop, each participant leaves with their recipe cards and pastry creations to share with family and friends.

Conditions :
Pastry workshop : Maximum 5 to 12 people. Minimum age 16.
Practical internship : Maximum 7 to 10 people. Minimum age 16. Reservations required at least 3 months in advance.

A day all about chocolate

Immerse yourself in the world of cocoa with our all about chocolate day ! From the moment you arrive, dive into the tour to discover the history of cocoa, its origins, and the secrets of Valrhona chocolate making, punctuated by delicious tastings. Continue the experience with a 30 minutes discovery workshop followed by a 1.5 hours pastry class at the Gourmet School, where you'll learn to create your own chocolate creations. At lunchtime, settle at the Comptoir Porcelana restaurant, where chocolate is featured in every dish. Finally, end your day with a visit to the Valrhona Boutique.
