Your experience begins with a visit to the Cité du Chocolat Valrhona, an interactive, sensory journey that reveals the origins of cocoa, the secrets of its processing, and the expertise of Maison Valrhona. Demonstrations, activities, and tastings punctuate the tour, awakening all your senses.

Next, continue the adventure with a 30-minute introductory workshop before stepping into the kitchen for a 90-minute pastry class at the École Gourmet. Guided by our expert pastry chef-instructors, you will learn professional techniques and craft your own chocolate creations in a friendly, accessible atmosphere.

"All About Chocolate" Day – Terms and Conditions

Designed as an all-inclusive experience, this day appeals to both chocolate enthusiasts and curious visitors looking for a unique activity. Combining learning, indulgence, and shared moments, the "All About Chocolate" Day is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a memorable experience in the heart of the Valrhona world.

This package includes: a tour of the Cité, a 1.5-hour pastry workshop, a 30-minute discovery workshop, and a meal at the restaurant. It is ideal for works councils (CSE) and companies wishing to offer an unforgettable chocolate-themed experience.

"All About Chocolate" Day – Terms and Conditions

  • Available for groups of 8 to 32 people.
  • Suitable for ages 7 and up (must be accompanied by an adult).
  • Adults: €77.70 per person; children (ages 7–10): €61.70 per person.
  • Standard public price: €89.80 for adults and €69 for children.

Employee benefits tickets are valid indefinitely. Minimum order of 20 tickets. Mix and match between the 3 types of tickets to benefit from the preferential rate.

Pastry course

Get hands-on alongside our pastry chefs ! Our pastry chefs have selected a variety of workshop themes for you: from classic pastries to chocolate making !

Our options :

  • 2-hour pastry workshop 
  • Half-day pastry workshop 
  • Full-day pastry workshop  

Lunch is included in the full-day workshops. After the workshop, each participant leaves with their recipe cards and pastry creations to share with family and friends.

Conditions :
Pastry workshop : Maximum 5 to 12 people. Minimum age 16. 
Practical internship : Maximum 7 to 10 people. Minimum age 16. 

Reservations required at least 3 months in advance.
