Introduction to Chocolate Tasting – 1 hour
Engage your five senses and immerse your taste buds in all the flavors of a fine chocolate. Learn to let it take the time to reveal its aromas. A moment of pleasure and emotion through the tasting of seven exceptional dark chocolates.
Capacity: From 10 to 45 people.
Chocolate & Tea Pairing – 1 hour
The rich and delicate pairings between the smoothness of chocolate and the aromas of tea will leave no one indifferent. Experience a unique tasting moment with 5 teas from Jardins de L’Hermitage (tea and infusion blenders in the Drôme region) and 5 Valrhona chocolates. An opportunity to take your taste buds on a journey through different cocoa origins and rigorously selected green and black teas.

Chocolate & Coffee Pairing – 1.5 hours – NEW
Immerse yourself in a tasting journey and a unique sensory experience where the complex aromas of Loutsa coffee, a Lyon-based roaster since 2018, meet the finesse of Valrhona chocolates. Guided by our experts, you will discover the secrets of coffee extraction methods and learn how to pair its intense and varied flavors with the aromatic richness of chocolate. A unique sensory encounter between two exceptional worlds.

Chocolate & Wine Pairings – 1 hour
A suspended moment : a visual journey into the world of cocoa and wine to reveal their many similarities. Discover the subtle and surprising pairings between wines from the Rhône Valley and Valrhona chocolates. A tasting journey featuring 4 wines and 8 chocolates, where our cocoa expert and a wine guide will introduce you to the concept of terroir and the ancestral know-how of these two cultures.

The Tasting Challenge - 1 hour
In teams, you'll be invited to complete three challenges centered around chocolate tasting. Get ready for a chocolate storm! Your sense of smell and taste buds will be overwhelmed by chocolate in all its forms: cocoa beans, chocolate mousse, and fine chocolates. This workshop is designed to be fun, educational, and engaging. A delicious activity to awaken your palate and expand your chocolate knowledge. Capacity: 10 to 35 people
The Chocolate Challenge – 2 hours
For this colorful and flavorful team building activity, two challenges await your employees. Divided into teams, they will first have to complete a tasting challenge involving a selection of chocolates and mousses before rolling their sleeves up by making a chocolate mousse. Successfully completing these challenges will earn your employees points, essential for winning the Chocolate Cocoa Pod Trophy, crafted by our pastry chefs. A fun and delicious team building activity that will leave them wanting more !

Afterwork : Chocolates, Cheeses, and Wines - 2 hours
After a one hour guided tour of the Cité du Chocolat, discover subtle pairings of chocolates and cheeses with wines from the Rhône Valley. Enjoy a convivial moment in the heart of the Cité or its gardens (weather permitting) where you will taste four cheeses with four chocolates, a white wine, and a red wine. In partnership with La Fromagerie de Karine in Tain l’Hermitage and Domaine Laurent Fayolle in Gervans.
Capacity : From 8 to 20 people. Start time : 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, or 6:00 PM.
The Mystery Dessert – 2 to 2.5 hours
Ready, set, bake! This gourmet team building activity will unfold in three stages : one employee will first taste a mystery dessert blindfolded. Using recipe cards and their explanations, the group begins the recipe. Later, two other colleagues will have the opportunity to refine it: first by tasting it again, then by visualizing it. But don't panic! Joker cards can be used with the pastry chef throughout the workshop ! A truly enjoyable moment of sharing around a fun… and delicious competition ! Capacity : From 6 to 12 people
Seasonal Tart – 1 hour
A workshop dedicated to the art of seasonal fruit tarts for all food lovers and tart enthusiasts. Raspberry, strawberry, and pear-almond tarts—tarts will hold no more secrets for you ! No need to be an expert : our chefs will share their techniques, tips, and tricks to ensure you succeed with these recipes every time ! Capacity: From 5 to 16 people
Macaroons – 1.5 hours
Round and colorful, crisp and soft ; macaroons require specific techniques and special attention to be perfectly executed. From the delicate shell to the melting ganache, you will discover all the stages of production. A gourmet immersion to learn, practice, and leave with your own macaroons worthy of a tea room.

Pistachio passion – 2 hours
Discover the captivating world of pistachio with this exclusive workshop, designed for pastry enthusiasts, whether beginners or experts, eager to learn more and perfect their technique. Each participant will leave with delicious treats: chocolate pistachio cookies and a pistachio bar "Dubai style" with homemade pistachio praline.
