Guided by a chef instructor, participants will discover simple and effective techniques to master these classics, while exploring the richness of fine cocoa beans. Gourmet delights– 1.5 hours
Three delicious recipes for a delightful afternoon treat to share with the family on a Sunday : Grandma’s chocolate mousse, chocolate fondant, and chocolate bar. A warm and creative experience, ideal for sharing sweet memories while leaving with your own creations to enjoy.
Christmas treats – 1.5 hours
The christmas treats workshop at the Cité du Chocolat offers the opportunity to create two festive and accessible recipes to delight your guests: delicate chocolate truffles and rock-shaped christmas trees that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Guided by a chef instructor, participants discover simple techniques to successfully create these iconic holiday treats, sharing allt he while a friendly and warm moment. Born in the USA – 2 hours
The “Born in the USA” workshop at the Cité du Chocolat Valrhona revisits three great classics of American baking: fudgy brownies, crispy cookies, and cupcakes topped with whipped ganache. Guided by a chef instructor, participants discover the techniques to master these classic treats while adding a creative and indulgent touch. A fun and generous workshop that celebrates the convivial spirit of American sweets, to be shared without moderation.

- Set menu for the entire group (minimum 30 people). Vegetarian or gluten-free options available for those who require them.
- Two seatings available: 12:00 PM and 1:15 PM. Limited to 51 seats per seating.
- Final confirmation of the number of people 10 days prior to the visit. The number of meals will be charged according to confirmation.
- Gourmet break €6.50/person: 1 pastry of the day + 1 drink of choice
